Introduction

When your PMS has certified with DerbySoft Property Connector, there will be some initialzation settings at both sides. Once initialzation settings are completed, it will be ready to connect your properties. 

The Property Connector “Property” API will give you capability to create new property via API as well as all necessary set up at the property level. 

We also provide “Content“ API which will let you be able to create new room types, rate plans and associate them together via API. All detailed information and policy can be created via this API as well.

It’s important to trigger a full refresh while launching new properties to DerbySoft Property Connect, in this way DerbySoft Property Connect will initialize the ARI data and deliver the changes to the distributor.
